Explanation

Founding fathers created the declaration of independence which echoed equality and liberty. These were the core principles of the enlightenment thinkers like John Locke who proposed that every man had born with some natural rights and all are born equal in front of god. The thinkers also advocated that the state should see the need of the people and also people should follow the laws of the government.

Separation of powers advised by Montesquieu is the unique aspect of US Constitution. All three branches of the government were given with equal powers and has the authority to regulate the functions of each other so that no branch exercise its influence on the people. This  is the greatest aspect of democracy.
