Integrating whites and African Americans  is what they believed in.

Explanation:

The approach of MLK when fighting for equality was not violent and incorporated both Africans and Americans. But the approach of Malcolm was very different because he used power while intimidating others; being suspicious of the white, he wanted to use all means to get into power and attain equality.
