Constitution fulfills the promises of the democratic idea of declaration of independence.

As we know the Constitution is a book in which set of rules is mention which gives the citizen of the country  Fundamental Right which is very essential for each and every individual of the country.

Constitution gives Right to equality, Right to Vote, Right to Education and many more.

When in a country it is not being discriminated by caste, creed, culture, religion, race, color etc then a country will be considered as Independent.

Constitution helps to maintain these laws in the country if people are following constitution then they can say that they are living in an INDEPENDENT country.
