What opportunities associated with wine drinking did men have in ancient greece that women did not

Women and men didn't really socialise together. However the Upper Class men would hold parties - this is were the men would indulge in drinking wine. The women wouldn't attend these parties as usually prostitiues were present. So the women that respected themselves usually just stayed at home.
