Despite being not a single evidence that the Americans of Japanese descent collaborate with Japan, the Americans decided to secure their homeland and prevent such a thing before it had happened. Thousands of Japanese Americans were forcefully taken from their homes and they were put in concentration camps specially formed for them. It was a cruel and unnecessary move from the US officials, as the Japanese Americans were loyal to the US, not Japan, but the fear did its thing and irrationality prevailed in those moments.
