What is "shadow war," and how is it different from previous forms of warfare?

“Shadow war” is similar to “proxy war” which is defined as war held between basically 2 lands/regions/countries or more where the larger group maliciously and cunningly encourages the other smaller groups to fight, shed blood of one and another. Moreover it only oversees but doesn’t fight if it would fight, then it will fight no more than very little. Simply, it is a well planned undirect numbers of attacks on those you(anyone) hate(hates).
