But the commonality is that the workforce has become highly diverse in skills being introduced into the European markets, with migrants taking up jobs that were not being performed by European citizens and also, the influx of new cultures, languages and styles of living has generated an enormous mixture of cultural diversity both in the labor market, as well as in every other aspect of the European Union.
