* Have to be a U.S Citizen

* 18 or older.

* No crimes such as murder, sexual assault, and other seriously bad crimes.

* If you have been proven guilty of, submitting false information on a visitor registration application, accept payment, or offer to pay another, to register to vote, you should not be allowed to vote for elections for a certain amount of years.
