How is the game of economics similar to the games you are used to playing? how is it different?

Monopoly is very similar to economics, you buy and sell and trade. You also earn money. The thing that’s not the same is that in economics you are also buying food, wants, needs, not just land and you usually do not become a millionaire in real life.
