The individual freedom to tell lies that damage another person's reputation (freedom of speech) is covered under the constitution. Having property taken lawfully is not against the constitution. You could still lose your property if you go bankrupt, for example. It is also not againsty the constitution to be lawfully arrrested. You can most definitly be arrested for doing something illegal! I while it is under the contitution that people have the right to assemble together for peacful meetings, this is not an individual right. It may seem like it would not be under the constitution for people to have the right to tell lies that damage another person's reputation, this is the freedom of speech, the first amendment of the contitution.
