Blackmun's position further stated (little known fact) in an attempt to keep the ruling from being one sided, that a woman could end a pregnancy on the first trimester (provided she consult a physician), in the second trimester (provided she did so in a clinic specifically set up to do such a thing) and not at all in the third trimester.

The way I have written it almost sounds disjoint, but the real accomplishment of Roe/Wade goes much beyond the choice you are supposed to make.
