What problem is hr2520 trying to solve?

HR 25 is a United States law that deals with equality and responsibility of browsing. The energy and commerce committees, as well as the digital commerce and consumer protection subcommittee, protect the internet service providers by notifying the users about privacy policies

The primary purpose of this law, therefore, is to restrict the disclosure of users’ databased on the regarding content stored. However, one is required to have express approval before you can use the confidential policy. Therefore this is the major problem that HR25 is trying to cover.
