In the second cartoon, the right that the people submitting that petition to Congress think is being violated is the right to privacy. This secures people and their belongings against any unreasonable searches. This is mentioned in the 4th amendment to the US Constitution. The right that is being violated in the third cartoon is a person's right to vote. This is mentioned in the 24th amendment to the US Constitution. The sign in the voting room is trying to discourage voters to execute their right to vote by questioning their ability to read.
