What are executive orders and executive privilege?

Executive orders are orders given by the president, to assist the Federal government to work properly.

Executive privilege is the use of power by the President to be able to resist citations and other types of interventions. There are two types of executive privileges: the ones that include national security issues and the ones that take into account executive branch communications.
