:d andrew jackson was a great president. he was a man that brought a whole different meaning to the word presidency and he transformed it to a much more powerful executive position than it had ever been before. although andrew jackson can be described as vigorous, unorthodox and just plain cruel, his number one goal was always to bring success to america, and was on the money fighting against the bankers over what he saw could be the stealing of america from americans, and there is presently no more american dream for the many, to show he was right.
