Compare points of view why would one person use the term "robber baron and another “captain of industry" to describe the same person?

Someone in the working class would describe a business leader as a robber baron because they were subjected to, but not limited to, low wages and dangerous working conditions behind the curtain of the successful business.

A member of the upper class, on the other hand, would describe a business leader as a captain of industry because unlike the working class, the negatives that come with the business leader’s success doesn’t apply to them. As a result, they only see the positive effects of the business leader’s business on the nation as a whole instead of how it effects a certain social class.
