He american colonists were upset with new taxes levied on them by the british for several reasons. one was the fact that they considered these to be "taxation without representation." what else did they resent about these taxes? a) paying taxes was against the religion of many colonists. b) the tax money went to support a king they couldn't stand. c) the taxes were on everyday items which would make these ordinary items more expensive. d) the taxes were on large landowners only which made the average colonist feel neglected. plz
