Describe life in the tribe during the harmattan season

The Harmattan season occurs in the West African subcontinent, between the end of November and the middle of March. It is characterized by the dry and dusty northeasterly trade wind, which blows from the Sahara Desert over West Africa into the Gulf of Guinea.

The harmattan weather is very harsh for the people,and has various effects on humans like- it affects the the skin and makes it dry, affects the eyes and respiratory system, including aggravation of asthma. As the humidity also drops ,it can result in spontaneous nosebleeds for some people.

So proper care of skin should be taken. people allergic to dust and cold should also take proper measures to ensure their safety.
