Even though initially it was thought that the enclosed space by the fortress is around 1.75 acres, after the archaeological findings and the measurements made, it turned out that the enclosed space of the fort is 1.1 acres.

Jamestown was a very important fort for the English in the New World, and it was formed in 1607. This fort is very well known for its triangular shape, which served for better protection in case of an attack by enemy forces.
