The Legal system in the United States is based on the system and the principle of Federalism. The First Congress of the United States established a court system that was federal. In the United States, every individual state was given the authority to form its own judicial structure. The double system of state and federal judicature even exist today. It can be a possibility that a federal and state court may have concurrent jurisdiction over a particular crime. There is one more characteristic of the legal system of the United States and that is the American court system performs its duties with respect to the judiciary under lack of supervision. There is another characteristic which the judicial system of the United States has and that characteristic only takes place at the local and state levels. In many states of the United States, Courts that have limited jurisdiction hear misdemeanor cases where as many other state courts of general jurisdiction follow felonies. The state and federal courts of the United States are organized into geographical areas and in many states, it is called judicial districts that have various levels of courts. The courts which are under general jurisdiction normally constitute a Judge and Jury.

the inca empire reached its peak under the rule of huayna capac.

during this time the empire covered a vast territory including parts of present day colombia, peru, argentina, chile, bolivia, and ecuador.

during his reign, huayna heard about bearded men with pale skin that resembled the incan1 god viracocha and took this news as a bad omen.

huayna took this as another bad omen that predicted the destruction of the empire.
