The Natural Law theory states that laws should be ignored and governments should be eliminated.

The theory that stands in contradiction with the Legal Law theory is that of Natural Law. The Natural Law Theory suggests that there would be no need of any legal law or law enforcing authority like that of a government if the people in the society abide themselves to Natural Law which is based on the principle of morality.

The Natural Law concept is referred in ancient Greek philosophy and it mostly talks about the moral behavior of the mankind in reality.
