Does anyone know what the f. i.t. t principles stand for

The F.I.T.T stands for :

Frequency: This is how often we train. How often our sessions are planned (e.g. a month, week etc.)

Intensity: this is how hard you work out. The intensity level can be determined by work difficulty. The levels range from easy medium and hard

Time: this is how long your training sessions are or length of the activities that take place during the training session

Type: This is the training method e.g. weight training, flexibility, sprint etc

These are the factors that are kept in mind whilst making workout routines in an organised manner. By following them, you would be able to achieve your fitness goal effectively.
