Explain the differ between taking responsibility for someone else’s feelings and compassionate caring for them

I think that when you take responsibility for someone’s feelings it could be you are the
reason they feel the way they feel an example is if you made fun of a kid he would be upset because of you and when you compassionate caring for them you care about them.
