Anticipatory stress- worrying about something that may or may not occur in the future
Situational stress- being in a current situation that you have no control over which is subject to worry such us during emergency, or a situation in which you worry about failing as everyone observes you
Encounter stress- worrying about mingling with certain people or groups of people which you unlike or despise
