Compare the energy needs of adults with those of teens

Energy of adults is weaker then most teens because teens have the time to work out and most teens are part of some sort of sport or physical activity where as most adults have less energy because they work full time and parents have to take care of their kids. on the other hand teens can have less energy because they stay at home and play on the video games not getting the energy.
