Okay, i need some advice. i am a bit of an addict. my mother and father say that i drink and smoke too much. they tell me to stop, and i have, multiple times. but, i can never just stop completely, i always end up starting back within a week or 2 of stopping. can anyone give me advice on how i could try and stop? if i don't stop soon, i might lose the relationship with my mother and
