A very effective way of managing time is by creating a schedule that outlines tasks with the prescribed time that you think you would need to get a particular task done. This type of schedule can be more effective than simply making a list because you have to think about each task and the time it will take to complete. You are now forced to complete tasks in a prescribed time so there is no overlap between tasks. This type of schedule,if used properly, prevents undertaking to many or too little tasks in a day as you are always aware of the time it will take to complete each activity.
