Afood handler uses the same spatula to place raw hamburgers in a grill and then remove cooked chicken breats from a frying pan. is this correct

It is not correct because when u use the same utensil to move raw and cooked foods, all ur doing is transferring all of the raw materials from the raw foods to the cooked foods. Seperate utensils should be used so that u dont transfer the blood or anything else from the raw foods to the cooked foods.
