Well this question is less straightforward than the teacher who has compiled this question think it is. 

The only surely answer here could be B - a supportive network of friends.

Every other answer is VERY tricky to say with certainty. Some people can feel extremely pressured by the demands of their family and can drive teens to drug abuse. What can trigger druge abuse at a teen is very varied, and saying with certainty that pressures and expectation from the family could be one of those influences is simply not true. 

The same explanation is true for answer D and answer C. The triggers that drive someone into drug abuse are very varied. It has to be understood that the only most likely answer that ISN'T a source of pressure is most likely B :)

20 times a minute is usually the average respritory rate of an adult. additionally the patient is breathing on his own, is clearly maintaining his airway, and is intaking a sufficient amount of air. you shouldn't use a bag valve mask, cpap, or other form of positive pressure ventilation, unless the patient has lost control of his airway, and is not breathing (apneic) or has rapid breathing or slow and shallow respirations. this patient would most likely and should be put on an non-rebreather mask or nrb attached to 100% high flow oxygen at 15 l/min. don't use a nasal cannula, as the amount of oxygen it provides is limited with a rate of 6 l/min.
