What some things you can do to promote your social well being

- Attempt to step outside of your comfort zone by trying new things you normally wouldn't
- Talk to new people. This not only helps you make friends easily but also makes you more aware and educated of other cultures and lifestyles
- Go to new locations. Instead of going to your normal coffee shop or restaurant try a new one filled with new people you don't see on your usual daily basis.
- Initiate social gatherings instead of waiting to be invite to them
