What would your role as a change agent be for any deficiencies you find in your on-site inspection?

As a change agent is to identify the deficiencies and then to educate. Make sure that everyone knows why you identified each issue as a deficiency. Then allow for questions so you know they understand. Then maybe ask an open ended question as to how to fix the issue.
