Explain the difference between essential body fat and storage body fat.

Essential body fat, as it says in the name, it is essential for humans to being healthy. You can determine when your essential body fat is both too low or too high by checking what your BMI (body mass index) is. It is dangerous to have too low body fat, actually by not having enough it can have multiple health problems such as anorexia. Essential body fat is gained by eating healthy fats. Storage body fat happens when you eat too many bad fats such as frying oil. It is extra fat your body stores when a) you don't eat (when you don't eat your body thinks there's no food around so it goes into storage mode incase you need to not eat for a while, this is why skinny fat is a thing) or b) your diet is not balanced.
