What is the effective way to deal with our troubles anger depression and loss

I would say to let everything out in a healthy way. As in, keeping a journal and writing everything you feel down. Get help   Talk to people. Try and focus on the better things in life. If you start to feel bad, Take a walk, go eat a healthy snack. etc. ANd for the loss, Its okay to feel sad just know that the person doesn't have to suffer anymore, also don't be mad at the person for leaving you.   I hope this helps, I know this from personal experience. sohope this helps!
