burning yourself can be intentional and unintentional, for example let's say your cooking and you accidently burn yourself during it, and sometimes it can be on purpose, example is when your next to a fire and your cold so you put your hands in to warm them up but you get to close so it burns

choking can be unintentional and intentional for example your eating and You swallow a big piece of a source of food a big source of food will cause you to choke, and intentional from choking is when You put ur hand down ur throat and trying to choke yourself or you try to choke yourself by your 2 bare hands
