What impact does mint gum and ice-cold water have on us?

When you eat mint gum it stimulates you and slightly burns your tongue  in a cold way. then when you drink ice cold water it feels colder.

1. impact of ice cold water:

- help keep your body from overheating.

- cold water or beverages can contract the blood vessels and also cause serious digestive implications.

2. impact of mint gum:

- prevents plaque and bad breath.

- this item contains sugar, therefore it can become hazardous if chewed often it causes erosion of the enamel which raises the risks of tooth decay (+) cavities.
