Explain how technology has impacted health

it impact on us because sometimes were not sleeping in the right time, or technology is our only hold in whole day and we don't exercise cause we think it's boring and lame but it isn't. We only thought that exercise is boring cause we have a gadget to look at who message or might call us in other words we have nothing else to do but use cellphones
