I think I got my first period around 4rd grade AND I'm Hispanic so I'm very short. I'm 4'7-8 and I think I am done growing since I'm in 8th grade and every girl has 2 years to grow. Plus, my little sister is taller than me now. So my question is, I heard there are teen vitamins for growing but will it help my growing since I'm done growing? I have bad sleep habits, eat bad, bad posture since like forever and I know if I fix atleast my posture I might look taller. Is there really NOTHING I can do that can me taller? Will those teen vitamins work or is it too late? The best answer to my question will get Brainlist!
