Meal planning is a task that must be done. What do you think is an appropriate age start sharing the responsibility of planning buying, and preparing food?

Late teens (16-19) because most teenagers around that age grow more independent and need to prepare for the world when they go to college or move out. While they might not plan big meals, they can still pack lunch every day and contribute to the house. Learning these skills at a young age better prepare them for the future and is a skill you should learn before living on your own.
