Question for girls: if you have bad depression, how do you deal with it and the thoughts that come with it? im struggling a little bit and need some advice.

Here’s what u do, find a stu pid man and punch them as hard as u can or even murder them! ur welcome:) hope this helps but no seriously try to find something that distracts u so for me crocheting helps (don’t make fun of me ik i’m a grandma)

Something I did was trying to strengthen my current relationships and let go of the ones that made me feel pain (even if it took months) I would try and cope in more positive ways, you can study, draw, read, meditate and search deep in your spiritual life. I hope this helps
