it might mess you up temporarily, but it hasn`t done enough damage that your lungs can`t heal. just make sure you quit asap, otherwise your lungs will be so far damaged that they won`t be able to heal anymore

Yes even if you inhaled the first time,your lungs have already been damaged when you had put that vape in your mouth.You are inhaling nicotine which can cause severe lung damage.Please be careful and don't do it again.
