hello i usually use this app for homework but i thought since i have no one to ask irl mental health questions i could use this. i currently have been self harm clean for about 4 months (i was doing it for 3 years) i recently have gotten into hard drugs to keep away negative thoughts. but now i tend to crave the drug and think about it so much it makes my mouth water. i hate having thoughts of feeling so sad so i resort to it. i cant tell if im depressed etc bcs i dont want to self diagnose myself. can someone tell me whats going on? why do i have such negative thoughts? thank you
