How effective was your use of refusal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills in the experiences you described? What could you have done differently to improve the outcomes?My refusal,negotiation and conflict resolutions skills were very good and the only thing I could have done differently was not park at my grandmas apartment building because it upset the neighbors although after talking to them using my conflict resolution skills they let me park there and understood.
