Okay so my big sis have a similar situation like yours.

But my sis doesn't like water, water is not her thing. (instead of water, she prefer iced tea or juices)

When she told mom about this, my mom suggested that she should consult a doctor or go to the hospital for check up.

So if i were you i will tell my parents about my situation, and go to the hospital for a check up.

Or you can tell someone who's close to you or your friends, you should tell them or someone about that.
