Authoritarian personality theory states that extreme prejudice is a trait of certain individuals that see things as black and white. Authoritarian personality is an attitude characterized by belief in absolute obedience to one's own authority, belief in aggression toward those who do not subscribe to conventional thinking, need for strong leadership, resistance to creative,  ideas.. This theory is deployed by Theodor Adorno and Max Horkheimer.

Because without physical activity, the body has extra "energy" if you will, and so when it is time for bed you are not tired, so you end up staying up all night. also there is probably an effect on your internal clock, which messes with your melatonin production which goes hand in hand with your sleep cycle
