Well i personally would want to spend time with with my boyfriend on my birthday (me being a girl). Evan should let her go with her friends then later that night, if there is a dance,he could swipe her off her feet with a really fun dance!!
if Evan chooses to go on a date with her, the date itself doesnt have to be formal, it can be fun. they can go to a bowling alley and play arcade games and do laser tag. or they ca go on a beach when fireworks are going to be lit.
