Arunner who cannot be outside for a few weeks can best duplicate his workout by riding a stationary bike swimming laps taking an aerobics class using a treadmill

In order for a runner to duplicate his work out with the fact that he is not allowed to go outside is that it is best to use a treadmill. It is the best exercise for he is a runner and because using a treadmill does not require to go outside instead of biking or swimming laps. Taking aerobic class on the other hand does will not suffice the needs of the runner in his work out.
