What organization in addition to cms, nchs, and ahima, deals with the in-depth coding principles and practices?

In the following organizations namedly as the CMS, NCHS and AHIMA, there is also another organization where it also deals with the in-depth code practices and principles. It is called the AHA or also known as the American Heart Association.
