When a muscle tires out after only a couple of contractions, what can you do to prevent fatigue? ?

Do not push yourself too hard. go until you get pretty tired then rest then repeat. doing something small then building on each day will build up your strength and you will eventually be able to do more and more without resting as often. the key is to build resistance.
