Why is healthy snacking important

It keeps the body healthy and stable due to the proteins and vitamins held within them.

One reason is because if we eat unhealthy thing we possibly get fat and another reason is we can have a lot of energy when we need it and we need to eat healthy so we have vitamins so we don't get sick and we would eat healthy things so we have a lot of protein and if you work out you would definitely need to eat healthy because they way you eat effects they way you gain muscles.
