It is ok to cut vegetables on a cutting board after you have cut raw meat only if
a) you rinse the cuttting board in running water prior
b) you wash the cutting board with soap prior to cutting the vegetables
c) you thoroughly clean and sanitize the cutting board prior to cutting the vegetables
d) it is never ok to use the same cutting board to cut raw meat and vegetables
